At StayTime Vacations, we specialize in managing vacation rental properties across the stunning Emerald Coast of Florida. Founded by Danny and Michelle Margagliano, two seasoned real estate professionals with over a 15 years of experience, we combine deep market knowledge, a passion for service, and proven systems to make short-term rentals stress-free and profitable for property owners.
What We Do
We handle every detail of vacation rental management in the Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30a, FL, area, including marketing, booking, maintenance, and guest care. Our goal is simple: to make property ownership more rewarding while delivering exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back.
Great place to stay! Felt cozy and right at home. Everything was very clean and just as described in the pictures! Danny was very helpful in helping us change our arrival date and we couldn’t be more thankful! The condo was in a great location and close to everything. We loved the pool! Can’t wait to come back!
The unit was convenient and pleasant, with all household necessities sufficient and the unit was clean and nicely decorated.
Our stay here was great.. we definitely enjoyed it. The whole resort was amazing. The condo was clean and just perfect for our stay! We will be back 😌😌 Danny’s communication was awesome, even late at night when we had just a little issue with a remote he responded immediately 😌. Can’t wait to come back! It was our first time to Destin and we fell in love! Till next time

We loved staying here! The home was very clean and super cute. It was close enough to walk/take the shuttle to the beach and we loved taking advantage of all the amenities the resort had to offer. Toddler friendly too!

Great space in Destin! Perfect for us and our two kids. Has good amenities, close walkable restaurants, short walk/ drive to the beach and the best host! Super responsive, proactive with suggestions of activities and overall great!
Danny’s place was a dream condo and provided EVERYTHING that we needed. Great location, great amenities, CLEAN, beautiful poolside view and view of the GULF OF MEXICO. Just a few steps away from the white sandy beach. It’s a perfect place to vacay with the fam. We will most definitely be back. 5 STARS !!
This place was just as shown. The pools and on site restaurant and bar made it super convenient with having kids. The condo was very clean and had supplies for the pool/beach, which I thought was a very nice touch! The condo is in the heart of Destin so anything and everything was a short car ride away. We would definitely recommend this listing and would book here again!
